We are looking for an awesome, experienced Automotive Parts Manager to join our team! This is a key and important position in our overall dealership operations, especially in helping to scale our parts and service department. Your main focus will be to work with our service technicians to enable them to do service repairs quickly, successfully, and efficiently while also contributing to the growth of our wholesale, counter retail, tire, and accessory sales.

Job Scope
Job Type: Full-time permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday (non-remote)
Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year (plus bonuses)
Responsibilities
Must have at least 2 - 3 years experience as a parts or assistant parts manager within the retail automotive industry, preferably with a franchised automobile dealership
Hire, lead, direct, manage, and supervise all aspects of your department
Maintain and control a current parts and accessories inventory, including proper stocking and turn levels, purchasing, and selling
Contribute to achieving sales/gross targets and profitability
