Responsibilities:

check mark Provide supervision, motivation, and daily performance monitoring for all sales staff.

check mark Provide additional help when sales staff require assistance.

check mark Assess outcomes such as sales leads and potential sales, including follow-up activities, and deliver timely feedback to team members.

check mark Stay informed about current and upcoming inventory, offering recommendations to sales staff on alternative products comparable to customer preferences.

check mark Set and uphold standards for the delivery process of vehicles to customers, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience.

check mark Commit to driving sales of new & pre-owned vehicles in order to achieve/exceed store targets.

check mark Consistently monitor and analyse financial programs and updates from manufacturers, banks, and leasing companies to strategically structure lease and financing transactions for optimal effectiveness.

check mark Train new sales staff, or organize training sessions, while overseeing and reporting on their performance

check mark Address and resolve various issues that may arise, including customer requests and complaints.

check mark Perform additional responsibilities as necessitated by management.
